Featured in Elle Decor, A Holiday Dream Come True

Photography by Tori Sikkema.

I’m beyond thrilled to share that one of my holiday designs was featured in Elle Decor! The space, designed by me and beautifully photographed by Tori Sikkema, was included in Elle Decor’s roundup of Christmas Tree Ideas That Will Seriously Impress Your Guests, and I’m still pinching myself.

Being recognized by Elle Decor is such an honor. It’s a publication I’ve admired for years for its thoughtful approach to interiors and its ability to highlight designs that feel both inspiring and attainable. To see this project included among so many talented designers is incredibly meaningful.

For this feature, the editors highlighted a design moment centered around three Christmas trees grouped together, each styled with layered ornaments and twinkling lights. The goal was to create a festive vignette that felt immersive, warm, and elevated, a space that instantly invites you to slow down and enjoy the magic of the season. I love the idea that holiday decor doesn’t have to be limited to a single tree; sometimes, more really is more.

The photography by Tori Sikkema captured the spirit of the space perfectly, showcasing not only the trees themselves but the atmosphere they create within the room. Her eye for light and detail brought the entire design to life and truly made this feature shine.

Being included in Elle Decor is a reminder of why I love what I do: creating spaces that feel joyful, intentional, and deeply personal. I’m so grateful to the Elle Decor team for the feature, and endlessly thankful for the collaboration that made this project possible.

If this design inspires you to think outside the box this holiday season, whether that means adding another tree or simply embracing a bit more sparkle, then it’s done its job.

Thank you for following along, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.
